Arzneimittel AG has today on 21 September 2007, successfully
completed the acquisition of the British pharmaceutical group
Forum Bioscience Holdings Ltd. through subsidiaries after
all contractual agreements necessary for the completion of
the acquisition had been implemented and the approval of the
anti-trust authorities was given (see release from 31
August 2007).
The Forum Bioscience Group will be consolidated in to Genus
Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as of 1 October 2007.
